Carson Richter is Vice President, Public Entity Casualty at Munich Re Specialty Insurance in Scottsdale. He underwrites casualty for public entities and uses technology to improve how risk is seen and priced.
He works with data, workflow, and models in underwriting to help see risk more clearly. The aim is practical: better information in the process of evaluating and pricing public entity casualty.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Chestnut Hill College and earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from The Institutes in August 2026.
